FRENCH BULLDOG HEALTH/SHIPPING/PURCHASE CONTRACT Big Brew Bulldogs offers a 6 month of age written Health Guarantee for our French Bulldogs against fatal genetic or fatal congenital defects. Big Brew Bulldogs makes every effort to produce the healthiest dogs. Our French Bulldogs are Vet checked and will receive their first series of vaccinations and three series of wormings before they are released to their new families at the age of  7-8 weeks(if local pick up and approved) and at least 8-9 weeks (if shipped). As an added precaution, puppies will not touch the grass before 11 weeks of age or until the second puppy vaccination is complete, giving them time to build their immune system. We highly recommend that new owners do the same and crate training your puppy is the best way until the second puppy vaccinations are complete. Your French Bulldogs are heat sensitive. We recommend they are kept in temperature no greater than 75 degrees and no cooler than 45 degrees. Once they leave our care, we can say with confidence that to the best of our knowledge that your puppy was deemed in excellent health. Big Brew Bulldogs will NEVER knowingly sell or release a puppy that is in less than perfect health at the time of transfer. We trust our team of veterinarians for their expert medical training.  Once a puppy leaves our care, Big Brew Bulldogs will not be responsible for the outcome of a puppy after 6 months of age. Due to non-compliance, hazzards, enviromental, incidental, accidental and other risk factors beyond our control,  as the buyer you will accept total responsibilty for your new puppy and all the risks involved in owning a live animal.   * There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the dog, regardless of show or breeding intentions or potentials. Purchase Contract: Putting a deposit down on a puppy, and/or purchasing a puppy, you agree that you have read and fully understand, and agree to the terms of the health/purchase/shipping contract. If we do not have a signed contract from you prior to or the date of your pick up or shipment of your puppy,  your puppy is sold "AS IS" with no guarantee.  You MUST contact us at least 1 week prior to placement to confirm shipping or pick up. If we do not hear from you exactly 1 week prior to pick up date,  the puppy will be place back "For Sale".  The Dog Registration Application for FULL AKC, Big Brew Bulldogs will be the Prefix Registered Kennel Name. It will appear "Big Brew's" on the application. The Kennel prefix "Big Brew's" must be used as the first words of the registered name of this dog and on the Permanent AKC Registered Name for its entire life, including commercial advertising, Facebook and for use on any website. It is not subject to any change, regardless of any other option that may be available thru the AKC. Any deletions from the prefix will be a breach of this contract and will Void sellers responsibilities in this contract. The sellers will take this matter to court with all costs being the responsibility of the buyer. * Puppy must be paid in FULL before puppy is delivered to buyer, unless other arrangements have been made by contract. * All deposits are non-refundable. Shipping: Big Brew Bulldogs is not responsible for injuries or accidents sustained during the shipping process, even if the end result is the expiration of the puppy or adult dog that is not deemed genetic. We have made every effort to assure that your pet arrives safely, once the puppy leaves Big Brew Bulldogs care they are no longer within our control. Buyer agrees to accept all responsibility and risk involved with the shipping of a live animal via air or ground transportation. Buyer understands there is no refund given under any circumstances. Buyer Responsibilities: * Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or the contract is null and void.  This is a check balance system. We are stating that we have transferred your puppy in excellent health. You are confirming that you have received your puppy in excellent health and will establish follow up vet visits. Weekends and public holidays are excluded as they are not seen as normal working days. If you do not follow this process, you have bought the dog, "AS IS". *Big Brew bulldogs must be informed immediately of the examination's result. Once your puppy receives a clean bill of health please email us. We will keep a copy of this written verification.  If there is a health issue, please email us your health report. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee! * Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as but not limited to: 1. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian. 2. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming 3. Keep your puppy off unknown surfaces until the puppy is 11 weeks old and has had their second puppy vaccinations, to prevent contracting diseases such , but not limited to,  Parvo and Distemper. We will not be responsible for puppy contracting Parvo, Giardia and Distemper or other communicable diseases once they leave our care. Protect your Puppy! We recommend crate training and keeping your new puppy separated from all other pets until the second series of puppy vaccinations have been completed. Health Guarantee: *This puppy is guaranteed until 6 months of age against fatal genetic and fatal congenital defects.  If medical attention is required, the buyer will be responsible for all costs. Big Brew Bulldogs will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value and sex as soon as availability permits within a year. Big Brew Bulldogs reserve the right to chose the replacement puppy.  Buyer is responsible for the total transportation cost of the replacement puppy.  * If the puppy dies before 6 months of age, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied. If the cause of death is congenital, or genetic,  Big Brew Bulldogs will replace the puppy. *This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered common: *Cherry eye entropion, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and  stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils) * All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give cash refunds. * Big Brew Bulldogs will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian, and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.  * As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and deworming due appropriate for its age. * This guarantee does not include Coccidia, Giardia,  and Kennel cough, which can occur in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting like the common cold; it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and is not life threatening. *A puppy that has any fatal genetic or fatal congenital defect will be replaced as follows:  Animal must show the defect by 6 months of age. Big Brew Bulldogs must be notified of the problem within two business days of the first licensed veterinarian determination. You must have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem. Big Brew Bulldogs will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value and sex as soon as availability permits within a year. It is understood that the puppy may not be from the Original Parents. Big Brew Bulldogs reserves the right to chose the replacement puppy.  Buyer is responsible for the total transportation cost of the replacement puppy.  *A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Big Brew Bulldogs and at the cost of the buyer, to qualify for a replacement puppy. * No refund in part or full will be given. * If a puppy must be returned to Big Brew Bulldogs, it must be in good condition. Other than the specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. *This guarantee applies to the original puppy and puppy owner only and is non-transferable to a second party. * No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without permission of Big Brew Bulldogs. *There are certain disorders ie.. allergies, food allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders, intestinal bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome not covered by this guarantee. * Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury and is not present in genetic lineage ie.. subluxation of a patella, subluxation of a hip, over exercise or an over weight dog is not covered by this guarantee. *Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen or from danger, abuse or neglect. Make sure your puppy gets enough fluids, food and rest.  If you feel your puppy is having a problem in anyway contact a vet immediately. *There is no guarantee against neglect. * This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. This contract supersedes any previous agreements. *The buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is in jurisdiction of the state of Tennessee, in the county of Sumner.
